2. Sales Tax

All purchases are subject to Indiana State Sales Tax (7%).

If you are tax exempt, a valid ST-105 form must be submitted before payment is made, or sales tax will be charged.

3. No Buyer’s Premium

No buyer’s premium is charged on "Buy It Now" purchases. The total price is the listed item price + sales tax only.
4. Pickup & Removal

Items must be picked up during the designated pickup dates/times listed in the item description.

Any item not picked up within 5 business days from time of purchase will be forfeited without refund.

Buyers must bring their own help and equipment to load/remove items. No loading assistance is provided by Earl's Auction staff.
5. Item Condition / No Refunds

All items are sold as-is, where is, with no warranties expressed or implied.

Items in boxes have not been inspected for completeness, condition or functionality unless noted otherwise in lot description. Please purchase at your own discretion. No refunds, exchanges, chargebacks, or returns will be accepted for any reason.
